Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – April 23, 2026: Al Haboob continued its debut-season rise at His Highness the Amir Sword’s Arabian Camel Racing Festival with two top-10 finishes, including a performance that led to a royal acquisition.

Ghanayem finished 10th from 85 competitors before being acquired by the Ruler of Qatar immediately after the race. Meanwhile, Hajma secured third place in one of the festival’s major races, building on her second-place finish at His Majesty the Sultan’s Camel Racing Cup Festival 2026 in Oman earlier this month.

“Two top-10 finishes and the acquisition of one of our camels by the Ruler of Qatar reflects the level we’re operating at,” said Safwan Modir, co-founder and Head of Operations. “We came here to compete with the best, and we’ve shown we can do that.”

Omar Almaeena, co-founder and Head of Creative, added: “The sale of Ghanayem by the Ruler of Qatar is a major moment for us. It speaks to the standard we’re setting and where we’re aiming to go next.”

Paul Pogba, ambassador and shareholder, said: “I’m really happy with how the team is progressing. The results on the race track are clear, but the work behind the scenes is what’s driving it. There’s a strong vision here – that’s why I got involved.”

Next up, Al Haboob competed in the season finale ‘Abu Dhabi Finals for Camel Racing’ on May 7, with Hajma and Mamlaka both set to feature.
